Here is a list of tips for players playing Generic Cooking Game along with notes for beginners.

How to save time and not do unnecessary stuff that 90% of people do.[edit | edit source]

First of all, if your just a casual player who, well, plays for fun, this doesn't matter that much. If you want money for hats or to get on the leaderboard, do these to save some time.

-Something that a lot of people do is put salt on the, lets say, Steak. Did you know it doesn't matter how much you put? Or if you did at all? Yep, try it. It only counts with Candied Apple, so don't not put the sugar.

-Drinking coffee is faster than sitting at the couch. No, seriously, why does everyone forget about this? So yeah, drink coffee, unless you are shopping, sit down and it's 2 in 1. You can do it while wiping the window too.

-It doesn't matter if you use the Stove, Oven, Deep fryer, or whatever, They all serve the same purpose, same speed. same everything, yes it makes more sense that Pizza goes in the Oven, and Fries, in the Deep Fryer, but it doesn't affect it as much as you probably think. What's the fastest? The Deep Fryer (according to opinion of this article's creator, not yours, calm down keyboard warriors.) It is closer to where you are probably getting the ingredients, don't need an off or on button, don't need a pan, so yeah. Do with this information what you will. ;)

-Blender or Pot doesn't matter. Again. Blender is faster, but you get less (400mm) Enough for 4, Boiling Pot, however, enough for 5 (500mm). So yeah go choose or smth.

-This is not a tip, but why does everyone never take square plates? Because they were removed and replaced with Deep Plates. And also it doesn't matter if a liquid dish is served in a deep plate, Bowl, Mug, or Cup.

-Some people think this is faster but, just because you burn it on the stove then put it on the sink doesn't mean its faster, it only is if you leave it for halfway then take it to the sink, sometimes it falls out of reach or some guy makes you overcook it by blocking your sight and way by doing the dishes, you certainly don't want that now, do you? Speaking of dishes...

-You can leave an auto-clicker on at the stack of dirty plates in a certain position for money then go AFK if your really desperate.

-Don't worry too much about bills, Devs, if you are reading this, please make bankruptcy seem more of a threat, the only thing it does is cleaning the kitchen. Maybe reduce money or ingredients?

-And yeah keep you kitchen organised, otherwise its gonna just be annoying.

-People tend to ignore the Fridge, use that to store food so it doesn't get trashed, or stolen, also it makes the floors a lot cleaner overall, Players often see 5 bowls of tomato soup and a Pizza or Lemonade or sometimes Tarts, stuff like that. The fridge is also used to make Ice Cream.

Still tips but mostly things newer people get confused with.[edit | edit source]

-STOP TRYING TO SERVE CUSTOMERS DUMPLINGS FROM THE STREAMER OR SOUP FROM THE POT, FOOLS-

-To those confused how to get 5 stars, Mop and Cleaning cloth, its for windows not spills btw, just clearing that up cause people always get confused.

-Use the Utensils button on the side. No, seriously, we don't wanna see /e knife again.

-The fridge is just for storing pre-made meals, it has nothing to do with Jelly or Tarts. The only exception is Ice Cream.

-To get hats, click menu, click buy crates, buy a crate, go to inventory, pick crate, open it, get a hat, click hats, then click to wear it, don't like it? repeat.

-Click recipes to...see recipes! Surprising right?
