Recipe[edit | edit source]
- Place 3 beetroot, 1 garlic, 1 potato into a blender module
- Pour 10ml of oil, 40ml of chicken broth into the blender module
- Place the blender module on a blender and blend
- Pour the mixture into a boiling pot and place onto a stove
- Turn on the stove and boil the mixture until the colour is to your liking
- Serve to the customer in a bowl
