Earnings Multiplier

Earning Multiplier is a mechanic that multiplies your money gain (serving customers, doing the dishes, cleaning the restaurant, etc.) which can be seen at the bottom of the screen. Your restaurant's cleanliness affects your multiplier so it's be sure to keep your restaurant clean. The highest multiplier you can get is 1.32x.
