Rongzhen Li, also known as UntitledProtocol, is a British-Chinese game developer, best known for creating Generic Cooking Game on Roblox. He is a developer, UI designer, and game designer for his own group, Hexbit Studios.
Li lived in China until he was 10 years old when he moved to Hartlepool, where he stays today with his brother. His secondary school (until sixth form) was the Dyke House Academy.
Li formerly had another Roblox account with the username "UntitledProtocol", which was terminated in 2021.
